Bills Marine’s 50^th Anniversary Giveaway

By entering the ‘Bills Marine 50^th Anniversary Giveaway’, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions on the face of this entry form:

1. How to enter

Complete all fields, accept the conditions and submit the entry by 12:00 pm, 18^th October 2025. One entry per person, per transaction over $50, per day.

2. Prize

The (“Prize”) is a boat package that consists of:

• Quintrex 390E Explorer
• Quintrex Aluminium Trailer
• Yamaha F25LMHC Outboard
• All on-water costs, including:
  • Yamaha fuel tank
  • Safety equipment
  • 12 months’ registration

There will be one winner. The winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in any subsequent promotional activities and/or media relating to the Prize Draw. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

All entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Bills Marine until such time as they wish to unsubscribe and be taken off the Bills Marine email list.

3. How to win

There will be one winner randomly selected from the total pool of entries received. The winner of the prize will be drawn on 18^th October 2025 at approx. 12.15pm. Each entrant who has entered the prize draw over the duration of the campaign and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. Bills Marine will first draw an entry for verification (“Initial Winner”) and if the initial winner is invalid or ineligible, the first valid next entrant drawn will be assigned as the winner. The winner will be notified by phone or email. The winner must then provide their address details to enable Bills Marine to contact them to collect/deliver the prize. If the prize is unclaimed by 3 weeks after contact, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Bills Marine, 139 Lyons Street, Bungalow.

The name of the winner will be published at the discretion of Bills Marine online on the Bills Marine website and social media pages.
The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. No liability

The promoter will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

The promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

• a) during the draw;
• b) whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw
• c) in the participation in any prize;
• d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• e) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems;
• f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
• g) arising from or related to use of the prize.

The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
